Sip Ramsbury martinis across Brighton’s top bars, collecting Polaroid keepsakes in your bespoke Ramsbury passport.

At each stop, you’ll enjoy a signature Ramsbury martini crafted with the estate’s award-winning spirits. To capture the moment, the bartender will hand you a personalised Polaroid, ready to slip straight into your passport. By the end of your journey, you’ll have not only experienced some of Brighton’s finest takes on the martini, but also created a unique keepsake to treasure long after the week is over.

The best part? You can begin your tour at any of the participating venues and collect your Ramsbury passport from there, making this an adventure you can truly make your own. Just ask at the first bar you visit and they’ll get you sorted.
